PROVIDER Anna Rocio Brown Anna is exclusively providing online therapy sessions and is only accepting new patients 18 years old and over. My name is Anna Rocio Brown. My passion is working with people! I was born and raised in Colombia, South America. My perseverance in life, commitment to change and hard work allowed me to attain a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado Christian University in 1995 and a Masters Degree in Community/School Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am a licensed professional counselor LPC # 5162 and a certified addictions counselor Level III #6719. I am bilingual in English and in Spanish. Specialties: Trauma, depression, addictions, anger management and anxiety. As a minority, I am able to relate to a diverse group of individuals allowing them to generally feel a solid connection with me. My personal interests are reading pathological criminal profiles, talking to people, learning about the impact of trauma and "bad" nutrition in mental health, enjoy watching people, reading poetry and hiking through nature. I like to experience different cultures. My daily goal is to develop a closer relationship with God and to develop humility and a genuine compassion for others. My hobbies are keeping active, aventure in nature walks, Latin dancing, listening to music, movies and traveling to rustic towns.
