Travis Byrne (He/Him) I equally emphasize counseling practice and theory and I am committed to offering therapy that is individually tailored to your needs. In my experience, a counselor is only as good as their ability to connect with clients. Without this, a client's growth may be limited, so establishing a supportive, safe, and balanced relationship with you is vital to my counseling approach. I aim to offer judgment-free, empathetic counseling that blends research-based interventions with a compassionate and nurturing therapeutic relationship. My therapeutic framework is founded in behavior therapy (BT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). These approaches to counseling are empirically supported and I will never use non-proven or experimental treatment modalities with you. My therapeutic style embraces a collaborative approach where we are partners in the process. You are the expert of you, and I am an expert on human behavior and change processes. What’s more, I strive to maintain transparency when it comes to the use of therapeutic theory and technique. Please reach out with any questions that you may have and I look forward to getting to know you as I guide you toward your therapeutic goals.
