Brooke Green is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor focused on online therapy services. She has practiced in various settings since 2017, and is dedicated to supporting individual adults cope with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, life transitions, caregiver stress, and grief & loss. Brooke’s practice is based upon humility and transparency, and she listens with empathy. Her collaborative approach is relational, helping individuals build self-compassion and acceptance. Brooke can provide tools for clients to become more aware of their feelings, how to acknowledge them without getting stuck in them, and how to work past them.
